Will being on a review site help my business?

How is my Listing Page created?

Your business listing is set up using your preferred listing plan. You will be able to post, edit and update your own profile on the website. Assistance is always available via email. Members are responsible for supplying photos, text and other assets for building and populating their page.



What should I do if I think a review is fake?

If you feel that a fake or damaging review has been left on your business, then please contact us directly to look into the issue further.

Can I reply to my reviews?

Of course, members can reply to each review. We highly encourage to always thank your customers for their review, as they have taken time out to do this for you - a little appreciation goes a long way.



Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, there’s no contract other than our Terms of Use, so you can cancel at any time. You can manage your membership from the control panel, or contact us if you have any queries.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with debit card or credit card through our secure payment processor Stripe.



How do I get a custom URL?

Once you become a member, we will be in touch with information about how you can get a custom URL. Custom URLs can be between 3 and 24 characters long, and can contain letters, numbers, dash and underscores, e.g. tradiereviews.com/your-company-name (subject to availability).

How do I get my profile verified?

You can click on Verify Your Listing in the Member Dashboard, and upload your Photo ID and Proof of Address for us to review.
